The Role We are not looking for someone to simply implement predefined blocks. We are looking for an engineer who understands the "Why" behind the "How." In this role, you will take full ownership of the design cycle, from initial architectural trade-offs to automated deployment. You don't just follow requirements; you help define them to ensure our systems are robust, scalable, and high-performing. What You Will Do Architectural Ownership: Dive deep into the system-level design. You will be responsible for explaining how your implementations fit into the larger ecosystem and justifying your design criteria. Modern Workflow Leadership: Master and champion our Model-Based Design flow. You will leverage HDL Coder to bridge the gap between high-level modeling and hardware implementation. CI/CD Integration: Work within our Jenkins environment to ensure continuous integration and deployment, even across complex, geographically distributed setups. Technical Problem Solving: When a tool or process fails, you don't walk away. You perform a root-cause analysis, adapt the workflow, and drive the solution forward. What We Are Looking For Deep Technical Breadth: You have a profound understanding of design and test tooling. You can discuss hardware architecture at a high level while maintaining the ability to get your hands dirty in the code. The "Architect" Mindset: You are uncomfortable with "black box" requirements. You want to understand the system boundaries and the criteria that drive performance. Resilience with Tooling: You have a proactive attitude toward tools like HDL Coder and Jenkins. You view technical hurdles as challenges to be optimized, not reasons to revert to manual, legacy methods. Strong Communicator: You are assertive and clear. You can navigate technical discussions, defend your design choices, and collaborate effectively with international teams. Required Qualifications Proven experience in HDL Design (Verilog/VHDL) and Model-Based Design (Simulink/HDL Coder). Strong experience with CI/CD pipelines (specifically Jenkins) in a hardware context. A "System-First" approach: Ability to demonstrate how your previous work impacted the total system performance. Excellent English communication skills; you are comfortable leading a technical deep-dive.

Core Responsibilities

Own the design cycle from architectural trade-offs and requirements definition through hardware implementation and automated deployment. Lead the Model-Based Design workflow using HDL Coder, integrate hardware development with Jenkins CI/CD, and investigate tooling or process failures through root-cause analysis.

Requirements

Requires proven experience in Verilog or VHDL design, Model-Based Design with Simulink or HDL Coder, and Jenkins CI/CD pipelines in a hardware context.
