Role Description: Freelance Physiotherapist (ZZP) Are you an independent, proactive physiotherapist looking for maximum clinical autonomy, flexibility, and strong financial upside? We are expanding our team and looking for a driven Freelance Physiotherapist (ZZP / Vrijgevestigde) to take on a growing caseload in Amsterdam-Noord. You will manage and guide your own patient caseload—from initial assessment and diagnostic formulation to active rehabilitation programs and manual interventions—with full access to our modern treatment facilities and exercise areas overlooking the IJ water. What We Are Looking For: • Completed Bachelor's degree in Physiotherapy. • Registered (or eligible for registration) in the BIG register and Central Quality Register (KRF / Keurmerk). • Registered as an independent contractor (ZZP / KVK inschrijving, beroepsaansprakelijkheidsverzekering). • Strong communication and active listening skills; fluency in English is essential, Dutch is a strong plus. • An active, exercise-based treatment philosophy (dry needling, spine care, or sports rehab specializations are highly valued). • A motivated, entrepreneurial attitude with a patient-first mindset. Core Responsibilities

Manage an independent patient caseload, from initial assessment and diagnostic formulation through personalized rehabilitation programs and manual interventions. Structure treatment schedules and guide patients through their care using the practice's facilities and documentation systems.

Requirements

A bachelor's degree in physiotherapy and registration, or eligibility for registration, with the BIG register and Central Quality Register are required. Candidates should be registered independent contractors with professional liability insurance, communicate fluently in English, and bring an active, patient-first approach; Dutch and relevant specializations are strong advantages.
