Dutch Speaking IAM Developer | SailPoint | IAM Developer (Identity & Access Management Developer) Start Date: Expected start date around 1 December 2026. The candidate can only start once the security screening process has been completed. End Date: 31 October 2027 Location: Approximately 4 days per week on-site at the Ministry of Defence location in Huis ter Heide. Required Skills IAM Developer At least 3 years of demonstrable experience with development platforms and programming languages including Java, BeanShell, .NET, Angular, and PowerShell (including compiling, testing, and implementation) in the field of Identity and Access Management (IAM). At least 3 years of demonstrable knowledge and experience with IAM concepts, technologies, integrations, and system chains, both in on-premises environments and cloud solutions (private and public cloud). Preferably demonstrable work experience within the Dutch Ministry of Defence, central government, or a large corporate organization (10,000+ FTE employees).

Core Responsibilities

Develop and implement Identity and Access Management solutions using platforms and programming languages such as Java, BeanShell, .NET, Angular, and PowerShell. Work with IAM concepts, technologies, integrations, and system chains across on-premises and cloud environments.

Requirements

At least three years of demonstrable IAM development experience, including compiling, testing, and implementing solutions with Java, BeanShell, .NET, Angular, and PowerShell. At least three years of experience with IAM concepts, technologies, integrations, and system chains across on-premises and private or public cloud environments; experience in the Dutch Ministry of Defence, central government, or a large organization is preferred.
