HR Specialist Location: Rotterdam Job Overview CTS International Logistics Netherlands B.V. is a growing company looking to fill a vacant position of HR Specialist to support . This is a fast paced job and we are looking for a quick learner with excellent communication skills to fill this position. Your administrative roles will consist of managing various HR documents such as employment contracts, onboarding company policies, and updating internal databases. Other than this, you will assist in the hiring process, from making calls and scheduling interviews with the concerned Head of the Department. The role will need to reply to emails and answer employee questions in person, take minutes of meetings, and ensure timely completion of all tasks. You will also be responsible for office administration work to ensure the office run smoothly. Responsibilities • Organize, maintain and update internal databases with digital personnel records of relevant employee information. • Assist new employee onboarding and resignation process. • First point of contact with employees on HR/Admin-related issues and vendors. • Gather staffing needs from the Head of Departments, and create and publish job ads. • Schedule job interviews, contact, screen, and shortlist candidates as needed. • Brings issues to managers’ notice. • Keep up to date on current issues and matters related to the HR department. • Organize and supervise all travel arrangements for employees. • Organize HR/Admin projects, activities and etc. • Ensure legal compliance. • Managing office supplies stock and placing orders, assist Finance Department to manage fixed assets of the company. • Connections with CTS HQ and CTS EU branches; Qualifications • Bachelor degree or above, major in HR, Administration, Business or relevant majors. • 1+ years of working experience in relevant industry. • Excellent Chinese and English written and verbal communication skills, Chinese is a must. • Great teamwork and communication skills, attend to details. • An excellent learner with the ability to work in teams • Good problem-solving skills. • Be responsible during work. Core Responsibilities

Maintain employee records and support onboarding, resignations, recruitment, employee inquiries, and HR administration. Coordinate travel and office operations, manage supplies and fixed assets with Finance, support HR projects, and help ensure legal compliance.

Requirements

A bachelor's degree or higher in Human Resources, Administration, Business, or a related field is requested, along with at least one year of relevant experience. The role requires excellent written and spoken Chinese and English, strong communication and teamwork, attention to detail, responsibility, learning ability, and problem-solving skills.
