The company is dedicated to helping hearts find a guided way forward when love feels heavy to carry alone. Role Description This is a part-time, on-site Videographer role based in Amsterdam. The Videographer will capture and produce video content that reflects Renu’s mission of supporting emotional wellbeing and meaningful connection. Day-to-day tasks include planning shoots with the creative team, operating cameras and lighting equipment, recording high-quality footage during sessions, events, and storytelling pieces, and collaborating on visual concepts that align with brand guidelines. The role also involves organizing and managing video files, coordinating with editors or post-production resources, and maintaining equipment to ensure reliability and consistency. The Videographer will work closely with founders and content creators to bring sensitive, heart-centered narratives to life in a visually compelling way. Qualifications Candidates should possess strong Video Production skills, including planning, shooting, and coordinating visual storytelling. Candidates should possess solid Camera Operation and Camera handling skills for both studio and on-location shoots. Candidates should possess practical Lighting and Shooting Video skills to create clear, emotionally resonant footage. Candidates should ideally have experience in basic editing workflows and familiarity with common video formats and codecs. Candidates should demonstrate sensitivity to emotional topics, strong communication skills, and the ability to collaborate within a small, mission-driven team. Candidates should be able to work on-site in Amsterdam and manage part-time, flexible schedules; prior experience in wellbeing, coaching, or documentary-style content is a plus. A portfolio showcasing relevant videography work is required; formal education in film, media, or related fields is beneficial but not mandatory.

Requirements

A relevant portfolio is required, along with sensitivity to emotional topics, strong communication and collaboration skills, and the ability to work on-site in Amsterdam on a flexible part-time schedule; formal film or media education is beneficial but not mandatory.
