Role Description The Project Manager role is a part-time, hybrid/remote position based in the Amsterdam Area, with a combination of onsite/office work and the option to work from home for selected tasks. In this role, the Project Manager oversees project timelines, budgets, and deliverables, coordinating internal teams, suppliers, and clients to keep activities aligned with project plans, meeting with clients, contracts, estimates, dealing etc. Daily responsibilities include monitoring progress, organizing and leading status meetings, preparing project documentation and reports, and addressing risks or issues that may impact schedule or quality. The Project Manager collaborates closely with expediting and logistics functions to ensure materials, inspections, and services are delivered on time and according to specifications. This role also involves maintaining clear, professional communication with stakeholders and supporting continuous improvement of project management processes. Qualifications Project Management skills, including planning, scheduling, and coordination of multidisciplinary teams. Dealing with clients, management, estimates, contract signing, coordination with office and sites. Experience as an Expeditor and in Expediting activities to track and secure timely delivery of materials and services. Inspection experience, with the ability to coordinate and review quality, compliance, and technical checks. Logistics Management capabilities to organize transport, documentation, and flow of goods and information. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with clients, suppliers, and colleagues. Proficiency in common project management tools and office software (e.g., MS Office, project tracking platforms). Demonstrated ability to work independently, manage priorities in a part-time schedule, and adapt to a hybrid work environment. Relevant experience in construction, industrial services, or related sectors; a technical or business-related degree is an advantage. Solid problem-solving skills and attention to detail, with a focus on meeting deadlines and quality standards.

Core Responsibilities

Oversee project timelines, budgets, and deliverables while coordinating internal teams, suppliers, clients, and site activities. Monitor progress, lead status meetings, prepare reports, address risks, and coordinate expediting, logistics, materials, and inspections to support timely, quality project delivery.

Requirements

Requires project management experience, including planning, scheduling, multidisciplinary coordination, client and contract dealings, estimates, expediting, inspections, and logistics. Strong communication, independent prioritization, problem-solving, attention to detail, relevant sector experience, and proficiency with project tools and office software are expected; a technical or business-related degree is an advantage.
