Topvintage is looking for an experienced finance professional who is comfortable handling daily bookkeeping as well as cash flow forecasting and financial reporting. Your responsibilities Managing bookkeeping and general financial administration. Managing the finance mailbox, checking invoices, and booking approved invoices. Preparing payments and monitoring cash flow. Preparing financial forecasts, management reports and explaining the figures to management. Managing month-end reconciliations and preparing the annual accounts in cooperation with our external accountant. About you You have experience independently managing the accounts of a Dutch business and working with XPRT or Microsoft Dynamics. You are confident using Excel and preparing cash flow forecasts and financial reports. You work accurately, are well organised and can prioritise your workload independently. You can communicate in English in everyday work conversations. Experience with HR administration and payroll coordination would be welcome but is not essential. Interested? Core Responsibilities

Manage bookkeeping and general financial administration, including the finance mailbox, invoice processing, payments, and cash flow monitoring. Prepare forecasts and management reports, explain financial results to management, complete month-end reconciliations, and coordinate annual accounts with the external accountant.

Requirements

Candidates should have experience independently managing the accounts of a Dutch business and using XPRT or Microsoft Dynamics, along with strong Excel skills and experience preparing cash flow forecasts and financial reports. Accuracy, organisation, independent workload prioritization, and everyday workplace communication in English are required; HR administration and payroll coordination experience is welcome but not essential.
