Your role in the journey As a Room Attendant, you’ll be part of the team that ensures every guest room is a sanctuary of comfort and cleanliness. With care, consistency and a warm smile, you’ll help create the unforgettable Anantara experience. Your responsibilities include: Cleaning guest rooms to the highest Anantara standards. Ensuring all areas are spotless, well-stocked and ready for guest arrival. Engaging with guests in a friendly and professional manner. Reporting maintenance issues and lost & found items promptly. Supporting your team to maintain a smooth and efficient operation. What you’ll bring Flexibility in your availability and a hands-on attitude. Affinity with cleanliness, hygiene and attention to detail. Good communication skills and a guest-first mindset. Efficient time management and the ability to work independently. Experience in Housekeeping within a 5-star hotel is a plus. Fluency in English; Dutch is a plus. Knowledge of Thai culture will be valued. Core Responsibilities

Clean guest rooms to Anantara standards and ensure areas are spotless, stocked, and ready for guest arrivals. Interact professionally with guests, report maintenance issues and lost property, and support efficient team operations.

Requirements

Candidates should be flexible, detail-oriented, and committed to cleanliness and hygiene, with good communication, time-management, and independent-working skills. English fluency is required; Dutch is an advantage, as are five-star hotel housekeeping experience and knowledge of Thai culture.
