EuroCTP is a Dutch company which aims to facilitate access to EU real time market data for equities and ETFs. To do so, we are building a reliable, compliant real time consolidation of EU data, attached with related services designed for and with the market community. We have been selected as the consolidated tape provider (CTP) for equities and ETFs in the European Union and are supervised by the European Securities and Markets Authority (ESMA). EuroCTP was incorporated on August 23rd, 2023, in the Netherlands. Its shareholders are 16 European exchanges and exchange groups, operating regulated markets in 25 EU countries. EuroCTP is seeking a Bachelor’s or Master's student for an internship learning how Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery & Incident and Problem Management operate in a regulated financial-market environment. The internship is designed for a structured, curious, and hands-on student who wants practical experience in operational resilience within a regulated financial-market environment. You will gain hands-on experience by working with your manager and collaborating with Technology, Business Operations, service providers, and other stakeholders. The internship combines documentation, coordination, and follow-up on operational actions, making it ideal for a student who enjoys turning complex information into clear, traceable, and practical outputs. You will receive guidance and will not be expected to independently make incident-command, regulatory, or risk-acceptance decisions. Learning Oppurtunities & Responsibilities Contribute to the preparation, organization and documentation of business continuity, disaster recovery, and tabletop exercises. Contribute to maintaining exercise and action documentation, including trackers, meeting notes, contact lists, schedules, evidence logs, and follow-up records. Help draft and improve operational guidance, including procedures, playbooks, checklists, templates, and knowledge articles. Collaborate with colleagues to turn information from meetings, tickets, and documents into concise summaries, action lists, and structured records. Support Incident and Problem Management by checking record quality, preparing incident timelines, following up on actions, and collecting evidence. Help maintain data quality and consistency in tools such as ServiceNow, Jira, SharePoint and Microsoft 365. Coordinate reminders and collect input from internal teams and external service providers under the manager’s guidance. Support continuous-improvement activities by identifying documentation gaps, recurring manual work and opportunities for better templates or tracking. Handle operational information carefully and follow applicable confidentiality, security and records-management requirements. Must haves Currently enrolled in a Bachelor or Master programme in Business, Information Technology, Risk Management, Engineering or a related field. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and maintain accurate records. Analytical, curious, proactive, and dependable, with the confidence to ask questions, collaborate in an international environment, and handle non-public information responsibly. Comfortable using Microsoft 365, particularly Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Teams. Availability for an internship arrangement that can be supported by the student’s educational institution, where applicable. Strong written and spoken English, another European language is a plus. Nice to haves Interest in business continuity, operational resilience OR incident management, problem management, financial-market infrastructure. Experience with ServiceNow, Jira, SharePoint, Confluence or similar workflow and documentation tools. Basic understanding of risk, controls, IT service management, disaster recovery or regulated environments. Experience creating trackers, dashboards, process maps, meeting minutes or structured reports. Internship allowance based on program level and share in first interview with hiring manager. Student Guidence This internship provides practical exposure to operational resilience, business continuity, disaster recovery & incidentand problem management in an international financial-marketorganization. The intern will develop skills in structured documentation, stakeholder coordination, operational reporting, evidence management and process improvement, while learning how technology and business teams collaborate in a regulated environment. The intern will receive regular guidance from their manager and is not be expected to make independent incident command, regulatory or risk-acceptance decisions.

Core Responsibilities

Support the preparation and documentation of business continuity, disaster recovery, and tabletop exercises, and help maintain procedures, trackers, evidence, and operational records. Assist with incident and problem management through record-quality checks, incident timelines, action follow-up, stakeholder coordination, and process-improvement activities.

Requirements

Applicants must be enrolled in a bachelor's or master's program in business, information technology, risk management, engineering, or a related field, and be able to arrange an internship supported by their educational institution where applicable. They should have strong organizational and analytical skills, attention to detail, proficiency with Microsoft 365, responsible handling of confidential information, and strong written and spoken English.
