Do you want to run important projects yourself - and run the numbers behind them - rather than manage others who do? SPOSEA helps SAP customers improve pricing performance through BrightPrice, our SAP-native pricing platform. We are growing, and we are looking for a hands-on delivery leader to join our Management Team. The role Reporting to the COO, you will spend about half your time personally leading selected customer and internal projects. The rest goes on running the operational and financial side of our delivery program: portfolio, budgets, capacity and utilization for about 25 project staff in the Netherlands and India. You will line-manage a Project Manager, with the team expected to grow as project volume increases in 2027. What you will do • Lead customer implementation programmes end to end, from business process design to go-live and hyper-care - mostly online. • Own project plans, budgets in man-days, forecasts and change control, and deliver on time and on budget. • Build one reliable view of all projects, priorities, capacity and utilization across the Netherlands and India. • Introduce practical delivery standards, reporting and SOC 2 delivery controls - structure without bureaucracy. • Coach our Project Managers and work closely with Sales, Product, R&D and Finance. What you bring • Typically around 10 years with a leading (blue-chip) management or technology consultancy. • Experience in complex business process design and personal responsibility for delivering projects. • Hands-on program management: you build the plan, the budget and the forecast yourself, in a lean team. • Confidence with senior customer and internal stakeholders, and the candor to challenge unrealistic commitments. • Near-native Dutch and professional-level English. • You live in the Netherlands within about 45 minutes of Hoofddorp. SAP experience is a plus, not a must. Core Responsibilities

Requirements

Typically around 10 years of experience at a leading management or technology consultancy, with complex business process design experience and personal accountability for project delivery. Requires hands-on program management, confidence with senior stakeholders, near-native Dutch, professional-level English, and residence within about 45 minutes of Hoofddorp; SAP experience is a plus.
