ABOUT THE JOB As a Scrum Master, you help our delivery teams work well together and deliver value every sprint. You make Scrum work in practice, not just on paper. You work with one or more Salesforce teams at our clients, alongside the Product Owner, Project Manager and architect. You use the Nextview Scrum Playbook as your base, and you help us improve it. WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING Run the Scrum events: sprint planning, daily stand-up, refinement, sprint review and retrospective. Guard the Definition of Ready and Definition of Done, and make sure stories are clear before the team starts on them. Help Product Owners keep a healthy, prioritised backlog in Jira. Remove blockers and escalate in time when the team cannot solve them. Track velocity and sprint health, and report progress in a clear sprint report-out. Coach team members and client colleagues on Agile ways of working. Work closely with the Project Manager on planning, scope and risks. Share what works with other Scrum Masters and help improve our Scrum Playbook. WORK AI-NATIVE, EVERY DAY Use Claude to prepare refinement sessions, check user stories against the Definition of Ready, and summarise retrospectives into concrete actions. Speed up sprint reports, release notes and Jira hygiene, and check the output with your own judgement. Help the team find where AI tools and agents can take work off their hands, and make that part of how the team works. Help shape how our company uses AI: share prompts, skills and ways of working with colleagues. ABOUT YOU 4–7 years of experience in IT delivery, including at least 3 years as a Scrum Master. Experience with Salesforce or other SaaS implementation projects. PSM I or CSM certification. PSM II or SAFe is a plus. Good knowledge of Jira and Confluence. You create calm and structure, and you dare to address issues in the team. Strong facilitator, also with client teams and mixed groups. Curiosity about generative AI and the habit of using tools like Claude in your daily work, while staying critical of the output. Fluent in Dutch and English. Based in the Netherlands A valid work permit for full-time employment in the Netherlands. We do not sponsor visas. Core Responsibilities

Facilitate Scrum events, maintain team readiness and delivery standards, support Product Owners with prioritised Jira backlogs, remove blockers, and report on sprint progress and risks. Coach teams and clients in Agile practices, collaborate with Project Managers, and help improve the company’s Scrum Playbook and AI-enabled ways of working.

Requirements

Requires 4–7 years of IT delivery experience, including at least 3 years as a Scrum Master, experience with Salesforce or other SaaS implementations, PSM I or CSM certification, and strong Jira and Confluence knowledge. Candidates should be fluent in Dutch and English, based in the Netherlands with a valid full-time work permit, and comfortable using generative AI critically; PSM II or SAFe certification is a plus.
