ABOUT THE JOB As a Senior Project Manager, you lead our larger Salesforce and AI programmes from first proposal to adoption. You make sure the client gets what was agreed: the right outcome, on time and within budget. You lead a multidisciplinary team of consultants, architects, developers and designers, often together with client teams and other partners. You are the main point of contact for the client's management, and you keep the account healthy beyond the project itself. WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING Own the full delivery cycle: scope, approach, planning, budget, risks and team set-up, from quotation to go-live and adoption. Lead programmes according to our Design-Led Approach and our Scrum Playbook, together with Scrum Masters and Product Owners. Manage multi-level stakeholders: client sponsors, IT and business leads, partners and our own management. Report progress, budget and risks clearly, and step in early when something goes off track. Run steering committees and make sure decisions are made and recorded. Shift engagements towards outcome-based and fixed-price agreements, and manage delivery against them. Spot new opportunities at the client and work with Sales and the Salesforce account team on the account plan. Coach project managers and Scrum Masters, and help improve our delivery standards. WORK AI-NATIVE, EVERY DAY Use Claude to prepare steering committees, turn meeting notes into decisions and actions, and keep RAID logs up to date. Speed up proposals, plans, status reports and change requests, and check the output with your own expertise. Use data from Hubbl scans and Process Intelligence to base scope and planning on facts, not assumptions. Help shape how our company uses AI: share prompts, skills and ways of working with colleagues. ABOUT YOU 7+ years of experience in project or programme management, including several years delivering Salesforce, CRM or SaaS implementations. Proven track record of leading large, multi-team programmes with a budget and commercial responsibility. Strong in Agile and Scrum, and comfortable with hybrid approaches when the client needs it. Experience with Jira. Experience with outcome-based or fixed-price delivery is a strong plus. Confidence in front of senior management. You give clear messages, even when the news is not good. Curiosity about generative AI and the habit of using tools like Claude in your daily work, while staying critical of the output. PMP, Prince2, SAFe or a comparable certification is a plus. Fluent in Dutch and English. Based in the Netherlands A valid work permit for full-time employment in the Netherlands. We do not sponsor visas. Core Responsibilities

Lead large Salesforce and AI programmes from proposal through delivery and adoption, managing scope, schedules, budgets, risks, teams, and client stakeholders. Maintain client relationships and account health, oversee governance and commercial delivery, identify new opportunities, and coach project managers and Scrum Masters.

Requirements

Requires at least 7 years of project or programme management experience, including several years delivering Salesforce, CRM, or SaaS implementations, and a record of leading large multi-team programmes with budget and commercial responsibility. Candidates should be strong in Agile and Scrum, experienced with Jira, fluent in Dutch and English, based in the Netherlands, and hold a valid full-time work permit; relevant certifications and fixed-price or outcome-based delivery experience are advantageous.
