Job Description
We are looking for a temporary resource to support a strategic transformation project within the Granting department of Operations in BNP Personal Finance NL . The mission will focus on improving customer file completeness and accelerating credit decision-making through AI and Intelligent Document Processing (IDP) solutions as part of a Proof of Value with Genpact. Key activities include process analysis, testing and validation of document completeness rules, ensure upload in secured platform for external provider KPI follow-up, and support in evaluating AI-driven solutions. Daily exchanges with an external provider via emails is also part of activities. Required skills: analytical mindset, interest in AI and process improvement, strong Excel and PowerPoint skills, ability to structure and analyze data, good communication skills, and fluent in Dutch and English. Deliverables: completeness assessment and upload via secure IT platform, test results, KPI reporting. Profile: Student for internship. Duration : ASAP in november 26 to February 20th 2027. Location : Rotterdam Alexander To be noticed: no home working is foreseen. Could be full time or part time ( 4h per day minimum) .
