Dear Pega Developers, We are looking for an experienced Pega CSSA and CLSA based in the Netherlands. This is a hybrid role with some travel needed within Netherlands. CSSA Role Requirements 1. Pega CSSA certified with at least 4 years of Pega project experience 2. Dutch Speaking at B2 or above level 3. Should be curious to learn and apply new Pega features like Blueprint, AI modules etc in the projects 4. Confident to work independently and deliver assigned project tasks. 5. Experience in Pega Constellation. 6. Strong experience in Case Management, REST, Kafka, Background processing, Security concepts. CLSA Role Requirements 1. Pega CLSA certified with at least 8 years of Pega project experience 2. Dutch speaking at B2 or above level. 3. Experience leading and owning the Pega development phase and deliverables. 4. Strong communication skills and coordinating with various stakeholders 5. Focus on Centre out architecture to keep application scalable across levels. 6. Core Responsibilities

Develop and deliver Pega project work, including case management, integrations, background processing, and security, while applying new Pega features. For the CLSA role, lead the Pega development phase, own its deliverables, coordinate stakeholders, and design scalable solutions.

Requirements

The CSSA role requires Pega CSSA certification and at least four years of Pega project experience; the CLSA role requires Pega CLSA certification and at least eight years. Both roles require Dutch at B2 level or above, and candidates should bring relevant Pega expertise, with the CLSA role additionally emphasizing leadership, communication, and solution design.
