But we’re not just logistics experts. Whether you're on the warehouse floor or behind a screen, you’ll find: Strong connections with colleagues who support and celebrate you. Fast growth in a company that’s expanding across Europe, the US, and Asia. High energy in a dynamic environment where no two days are the same. Guided freedom to take initiative, solve problems your way, and grow your career. We believe in entrepreneurship, expertise, excellence, and engagement — and we live these values every day. From repairing returned goods to reducing waste, we help brands extend product lifecycles with sustainability in mind. So if you’re ready to roll out the red carpet for our clients — and for each other — we’ve got a spot for you. Behind the scenes is where the real excitement begins. Ready to join us? The role As IT WMS Support Engineer, you play a key role in supporting the business-critical warehouse applications at the heart of our logistics operations. You provide functional support and troubleshooting for end users of our WMS platforms — JDA by Blue Yonder and Manhattan Associates’ Warehouse Management for IBMi (WMi) — keeping day-to-day warehouse processes running smoothly across the global organization. Reporting to the regional IT WMS Support Supervisor, you respond to user questions, resolve software issues, monitor interfaces, and help ensure stable and effective system performance. You work closely with the wider IT WMS teams and the business on changes, projects, and go-lives — a varied, hands-on role at the point where IT meets the warehouse floor. What you will do User support & troubleshooting — Provide 1st and some 2nd level support and training to WMS users: answering questions and troubleshooting issues related to system processes, functionality, and configuration. Diagnosis & resolution — Diagnose and resolve user errors and software problems by analysing error logs and reviewing system configurations, and provide appropriate solutions — including support for our in-house-built satellite applications. Interface monitoring — Monitor and resolve (Boomi) interface issues on a daily basis, keeping the data flows between WMS and surrounding systems healthy. Knowledge base — Develop and maintain Knowledge Base articles documenting common issues and solutions, enabling self-service support for users and preparing content for AI-based knowledge retrieval. Ticket & SLA management — Use the IT Service Management (ITSM) tool to monitor ticket progress, ensure compliance with agreed service level targets, assess and set incident priority, and assign tickets to the appropriate support teams. Changes & projects — Work closely with other IT teams and the business to implement changes and updates through projects and Change Requests to WMS, ensuring optimal quality with minimal disruption to user operations. Feature adoption & testing — Support the roll-out of new WMS features and functionalities, helping users adapt to changes and get the most out of new enhancements, and participate in the testing and approval of integration and application development solutions. Go-live support — Provide on-site support during project go-lives, serving as the primary point of contact for both business and IT stakeholders. Incident ownership & escalation – Take ownership of WMS incidents from initial analysis through resolution, coordinating with business and IT stakeholders as needed and escalating major or recurring issues to the appropriate IT teams. What you bring A minimum of 2 years of experience in Warehouse Management Systems application support, preferably in a 3PL environment. In-depth functional knowledge of WMS system architecture, including processes, customer setups, and configuration parameters. A proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve user and/or software issues: identifying root causes, implementing effective solutions, and suggesting enhancements. Experience in WMS application and integration testing. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interact effectively with users and technical teams. The ability to work independently and as part of a team, adapting to changing priorities and deadlines. Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tickets simultaneously in a dynamic environment. Eagerness to learn and grow as Warehouse Management systems and system flows continue to evolve with ever-changing business processes. Willingness to travel and take part in on-call global services. Fluency in English, both written and verbal. Nice to have Experience with using or servicing JDA and/or IBMi users. Experience with SQL. Familiarity with surrounding supply chain applications, such as Transportation Management, reporting tools, and interfacing. Experience working with IT Service Management (ITSM) tools. Experience with structured testing methodologies. Familiarity with Boomi middleware. What we offer A hands-on support role at the heart of the IT WMS organisation of an international 3PL leader in fashion and lifestyle logistics. A varied position where no two days are alike: user support, interface monitoring, testing, projects, and on-site go-live support. The opportunity to work with market leading systems, including Manhattan WMi, Blue Yonder (JDA), Boomi, and advanced warehouse automation. Room to grow: professional development, exposure to multi-site operations, and a clear path towards senior support and specialist roles. At Bleckmann, we are guided by our values: We take a parachute and jump (Entrepreneurship), we unpack our knowledge (Expertise), we raise the bar with every box (Excellence), and we spark energy that connects (Engagement).
