About us Every business runs on hard work: answering phones, chasing documents, booking, reminding, following up. Within a few years, agents will do most of it. We are building the operating system that makes that happen. We start in specialty healthcare, where the work is hardest and the stakes are highest. Our agents already answer phones, call patients, book appointments and handle crucial communication in clinics today. They finish the work across EHRs, practice management systems, telephony and messaging, and show every step they took. If it works in a clinic, it works anywhere. From there we expand clinic by clinic and vertical by vertical, until businesses across Europe and the US run on us. Agentic software is the next platform shift, and we intend to be at the front of it. The founders have done this before. Between them they have started three successful companies, raised more than 25 million and served millions of customers. One brings deep access to the healthcare sector. Another built a European AI company to more than 100 people and profitability. We grow fast and capital efficiently: revenue first, a small senior team, and as much leverage from AI as possible. We are deliberately under the radar for now. That will not last long. The role You join the founding team. You help shape the product, the architecture and the culture from the first lines of code, with the equity to match. In healthcare, a demo that works 90% of the time is a liability. A booking that never reached the calendar means a patient misses care. A message sent without consent is a compliance incident. Reliability is the product, and you own it. You build two things: The factory. Agent loops that take a spec to a tested pull request, evals that decide what ships, and agents that review other agents. Speed matters, but nothing merges without proof that it works. The product. The agent platform clinics run on: workflow orchestration that recovers when a call drops or an API fails, integrations with EHR, practice management, telephony and messaging systems, deterministic guardrails for consent, escalation and write-backs, and monitoring that catches failures before a clinic does. What you bring 3+ years shipping production software that you owned, including being responsible when it broke Strong TypeScript and Node Real experience building with LLMs: tool use, agent loops, and evals you trusted enough to block a release Experience making unreliable third-party systems behave reliably Daily use of coding agents, and a clear sense of where they break Product judgment and the drive to build a company from the ground up Nice to have: voice AI or telephony, FHIR, HL7 or EHR integrations, early-stage startup experience, Dutch. Core Responsibilities

Build and maintain the agent development factory, including specification-to-pull-request workflows, evaluations, and agent reviews that ensure changes are tested before release. Develop the reliable clinic agent platform, including workflow orchestration, healthcare and communications integrations, consent and escalation safeguards, and failure monitoring.

Requirements

Requires at least three years of ownership of production software, strong TypeScript and Node.js skills, and practical experience building LLM tools, agent loops, and release-blocking evaluations. Candidates should have experience improving the reliability of third-party systems, use coding agents daily, and bring product judgment; voice AI, telephony, healthcare standards or integrations, startup experience, and Dutch are advantageous.
