Role: This is a fully remote project-based role for a PR Manager based in the Netherlands. The PR Manager will be responsible for drafting and distributing press releases, managing media relations, developing and executing strategic communication plans, and handling public relations activities. The PR Manager will ensure effective communication between the company, media, and the public to enhance the company's image and events. What you’ll do: Create and execute PR campaigns for each concert. Build and maintain our company’s reputation online (monitoring comments, social media reactions, and reviews). Prepare press releases, newsletters, and social media content. Support ticket sales through promotional activities and partnerships, communicating with the media. Monitoring competitor activity (social media tracking). Liaising with artists and planning PR activities for upcoming concerts (requesting video invitations, ensuring concert announcements are posted on the artist’s social media). Participating in the development, packaging, launch, and promotion of company products. Carrying out assignments from the manager when required. Complying with the company’s working hours and all departmental process regulations. Meet deadlines for assigned tasks. Qualifications: Experience with Press Releases and Media Relations Skills in Public Relations and Communication Proficiency in Strategic Communications Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Communications, Journalism, or a related field Experience in the events industry and connections in the field are a plus Deep knowledge of the local market Industry Entertainment Providers

Core Responsibilities

Plan and execute PR campaigns for concerts, create press releases, newsletters, and social media content, and manage media relations and the company’s online reputation. Coordinate promotional activities with artists and partners, monitor competitors, and support event and product launches to help increase ticket sales and strengthen the company’s image.

Requirements

Candidates should have experience with press releases and media relations, strong public relations and strategic communication skills, and excellent written and verbal communication. A bachelor’s degree in public relations, communications, journalism, or a related field is specified; events-industry experience, industry connections, and deep knowledge of the local market are advantageous.
