If you are looking for an opportunity to experience working on a short-term contractor basis with a market research leader, Gartner have an exciting project with the Global Consulting Team. The contractor role will be a short term customer experience market research project in the Telecoms industry. We are looking for someone available to work part-time (~20 hours per week), working in a remote environment (ideally within commuting distance to The Randstad - Rotterdam/Amsterdam/Utrecht/The Hague). Requirements Fluent in Dutch as well as fluency in speaking and writing in English. Resident in the Netherlands (commuting distance to The Randstad) Full eligibility to work in the the Netherlands Good communication skills Understanding of personal fixed line and mobile contracts (Smart phone) Ability to purchase telecom products and services in their own names and/or purchase on behalf of a business Ability to travel locally to gather necessary information for the market research Access to a working telephone and computer Digital “savvy” – understands digital, internet services and has extensive experience with technology as consumer Business / IT background preferred Desired – enrolled / recently graduated from a Business / Computer science degree Behaviours Diligent to work both in teams and individually Ability to work according to a project plan Flexible, goal oriented Curious and open - minded Meticulous Ability to work under time pressure and manage time accurately By submitting your information and application, you confirm that you have read and agree to the country or regional recruitment notice linked below applicable to your place of residence. Core Responsibilities

Requirements

Applicants must be fluent in Dutch and English, reside in the Netherlands within commuting distance of the Randstad, and be eligible to work in the Netherlands. They should understand personal fixed-line and mobile contracts, be digitally savvy, have access to a telephone and computer, and demonstrate strong communication, organization, and time-management skills; a business or IT background is preferred.
