At Mizuno Corporation EMEA we're looking for a Junior Sales Representative & Custom Club Fitter to join our Golf team in The Netherlands Start Date: January 2027 Position Type: Full-time Location: Netherlands (field-based) About the job We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Junior Sales Representative & Custom Club Fitter to support the continued growth of our golf business in the Netherlands. This position combines account management, new business development, and professional club fitting activities. The successful candidate will work closely with golf retailers, golf clubs, driving ranges, PGA professionals, and fitting locations to drive sales, increase brand visibility, and deliver exceptional fitting experiences to golfers. Key responsibilities include Account Management Manage and develop relationships with existing customers throughout the Netherlands. Conduct regular visits to golf clubs, retail partners, and fitting locations. Ensure excellent customer service and ongoing support. Monitor product displays, stock levels, and merchandising standards. Provide product training and support to customer staff. New Business Development Identify and acquire new business opportunities within the assigned territory. Develop relationships with new golf clubs, retailers, and coaching facilities. Increase market share through proactive sales activities. Prepare and follow up on commercial proposals and sales opportunities. Support regional sales initiatives and promotional campaigns. Club Fitting Activities Conduct custom fitting events at golf clubs and retail partners. Recommend equipment solutions based on golfer needs and performance data. Demonstrate product features and benefits. Support demo days, fitting days, and consumer events. Ensure a premium customer experience during all fitting sessions. Sales Administration Maintain accurate customer records and sales activity reports. Support forecasting and territory planning. Follow internal processes relating to orders, returns, and customer support. Experience & Qualifications Required Qualifications Passion for golf and the golf industry. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong customer service mindset. Self-motivated and capable of working independently. Good organizational and planning skills. Willingness to travel extensively throughout the Netherlands. Valid driving licence. Preferred Qualifications Experience in sales, retail, sporting goods, or customer-facing roles. Golf industry experience is advantageous. Club fitting experience or willingness to obtain fitting certification. Fluent Dutch and good English skills. Other requirements The position is home-based in The Netherlands. Candidates must have the legal right to work in the Netherlands by the intended start date. Core Responsibilities

Manage and grow relationships with golf retailers, clubs, fitting locations, and other customers while identifying new business opportunities and supporting sales initiatives across the Netherlands. Conduct custom club fittings and product demonstrations, support events, and maintain accurate sales records, forecasts, and territory plans.

Requirements

Candidates should have a passion for golf, strong communication and customer service skills, and the ability to work independently with good organizational and planning abilities. Extensive travel within the Netherlands and a valid driving licence are required; sales or golf industry experience, fitting experience or willingness to obtain certification, and fluent Dutch with good English are preferred.
