Job Description
About Coolset Coolset is the ESG & supply chain platform for compliance-first teams. We help companies like Stage Entertainment, Polaroid and Karl Lagerfeld measure, manage and improve their sustainability disclosures, simplifying complex regulations to enable real impact. Founded in 2022 and backed by a remarkable group of early-stage investors, we’re a fast-growing company of 20 ambitious builders, engineers, designers, researchers and commercial talent based in Amsterdam. Your role As a GTM Intern, you'll work on how we show up in the market, from the content people read, to the emails they receive, to the events they attend. You'll work directly within our commercial team to bring Coolset and our expertise to the market - covering the full GTM mix including content, sales materials, email, social, designs and events. You will be creating, publishing and iterating on real work from day one, and you’ll build the automations and infrastructure that power our go-to-market engine. All directly input into how we grow. When you find yourself doing the same thing twice, you’ll treat it as useful information: question the assumption, build a system, and free yourself up for work that uses your creativity. We believe action creates information, so you’ll ship, learn from what happens, and iterate, with the team around you to support that. Your responsibilities include Content creation – Write and publish articles, guides and other long-form content that helps our audience understand complex sustainability regulations. You'll brainstorm topics, brief formats, and own pieces end-to-end Email & newsletter marketing - Build, manage and send newsletters and marketing email campaigns, including managing lists, segments and forms Social media – Draft and schedule posts (primarily LinkedIn), develop a consistent content rhythm, and experiment to find what resonates Events & webinars – Support the organisation and promotion of webinars, and help bring new event formats to life AI and automations – Go-to-market automation, systems & infrastructure: Design and maintain the automations that connect our commercial stack end-to-end. Own and evolve our core tooling and keep data clean, integrations healthy, and reporting reliable. Channel discovery – Actively look for new distribution opportunities - communities, partnerships, platforms - and run experiments across these channels General GTM support – Pitch in wherever it moves the needle Qualifications Currently enrolled in a relevant degree (marketing, sustainability, entrepreneurship, communications or similar) or recently graduated - but background matters less than the qualities below Independent, proactive and genuinely curious Strong verbal and written communicator in English Comfortable with tools and technology, you pick things up quickly and enjoy figuring things out An eye for good design and clear communication Affinity with sustainability topics is a big plus Based in or around Amsterdam We're looking for someone that is able to start ASAP Benefits €600 per month on a full-time basis Free daily vegetarian lunch with the team – Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays in office A unique opportunity to work at a high-growth, innovative start-up making a tangible environmental impact The chance to be an integral part of the commercial team, working directly shaping the future of sustainability compliance Application process The application process consists of: A video call with someone from the commercial team A case study to assess your strategic and tactical approach A final conversation with our CEO After the final conversation, if there's a match we'll make an offer within 24 hours.
