About Us Samsung SDS is the global IT and logistics arm of the Samsung Group, operating in over 40 countries. Through our smart logistics platform, Cello, we deliver innovative supply chain solutions to leading companies worldwide optimizing everything from transport to warehouse operations. In this role, you will act as the first point of contact for the operational teams in case of system issues (WMS and TMS). You diagnose the situation both administratively and (if required) physically and determine the necessary actions to be initiated. You maintain master data in the Samsung SDS’s Cello systems and ensure that stock levels are aligned between our WMS and the customer’s ERP system. Role and Responsibilities Manage operational system issues Escalate follow up operational system issues to second line support if required and follow up Provide support for operations in WMS and TMS systems Diagnose and prioritize issues and determine necessary actions Maintaining operating procedures regarding Master Data Enforce root cause analysis Proof system issues in the test system and suggest structural solutions in cooperation with Logistics Engineer and Operations Initiate improvement possibilities of storage methods and put away strategies Initiate and implement Master Data improvements Participate in customer implementation and/or process changes incl testing and go-live support Identify process deviations and translate deviations into solutions and improvement proposals Support training of colleagues in new system functionalities Requirements: For this role we are looking for an ambitious candidate with strong analytical and communication skills. He/she is flexible and accurate with a strong hands-on mentality that likes to work in teams. 1 - 3 years working experience in a warehousing operations and/or coordination role Eager to learn more than only WMS Flexibility in start of the working day A proficient level of English Experience with MS Office, mainly Excel Relevant experience TMS and WMS systems Work Authorization: A valid work authorization for Netherlands is required for this position. Core Responsibilities

Provide first-line operational support for WMS and TMS issues, diagnose and prioritize problems, and escalate or follow up with second-line support as needed. Maintain and improve master data, investigate root causes, support system testing and customer implementations, and identify operational process improvements.

Requirements

Candidates should have 1–3 years of experience in warehouse operations or coordination, relevant WMS and TMS experience, proficiency in English, and experience with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel. The role also calls for analytical and communication skills, flexibility, accuracy, a hands-on approach, and valid authorization to work in the Netherlands; visa sponsorship is not available.
