As we expand our international reach, we are seeking an experienced Personal Development & Leadership Consultant to connect with prospective clients and introduce our partner's programmes. Role Description We are seeking an experienced professional interested in bringing their communication, relationship-building and people-development skills to a flexible, independent working model. Key Responsibilities In this role, you will: Connect with prospective clients and explore their interests, needs and development goals. Introduce personal development programmes and guide interested individuals towards established presentations and information resources. Follow established marketing and client engagement processes. Manage your own outreach, communications and client follow-up. Engage with a broader professional community and contribute to a collaborative learning environment. Professional Background The ideal candidate will bring experience in one or more of the following areas: Coaching and mentoring Management and leadership Consulting and advisory services Human resources and talent development Learning, training and facilitation Organisational and people development Client relations and business development Personal Qualities We are looking for someone who: Has a genuine interest in personal growth and lifelong learning.
