Core Responsibilities

Operate the automated SMT prototype line, including stencil printers, pick-and-place equipment, and reflow ovens. Perform precision soldering and rework on electronic assemblies, test PCBA boards, and report findings to the Quality Department.

Requirements

Applicants should have an MBO-equivalent level of thinking, a strong eye for detail, and hands-on PCBA rework experience. Familiarity with IPC-A-610, J-STD-001, and IPC-7711/7721 is an advantage; funded training and certification are available.
