  • Define the right action strategy for each retailer door, supported by accurate forecasting, assortment management, marketing budget control, and post-campaign evaluation.

  • Excellent communication, presentation and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to bring teams together around a shared goal.
  • Attention to detail and an affinity for products and brand presentation.
  • Strong commercial and analytical skills, with the ability to turn data and market insights into clear strategy. Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills are required; experience with reporting and analytics tools is an advantage.
  • Fluency in Dutch and English. French and/or a Scandinavian language would be an advantage.

What Chanel can offer you

  • Shape the local engagement as an ambassador for the iconic CHANEL Fragrance & Beauty creations.
  • Develop a broad regional perspective across the Benelux and Scandinavian markets.
  • Build end-to-end launch expertise, from local market planning to flawless operational execution and post-campaign evaluation.
  • Strengthen your cross-functional leadership by collaborating with expert teams across Europe.

At CHANEL, we are focused on creating an inclusive culture that nurtures personal growth, contributing to collective progress.
