Hoe zorg je dat een organisatie die haar omzet dit jaar naar verwachting meer dan verdubbelt, financieel in control blijft én klaar is voor de volgende groeifase? Dat is de uitdaging voor de Head of Finance bij Attendi.
Attendi ontwikkelt slimme, AI-gedreven software voor de zorg. De technologie verwerkt maandelijks ruim één miljoen rapportages voor zorgprofessionals. Het doel? Minder tijd achter het scherm en meer oprechte aandacht voor de cliënt. Met circa 25 medewerkers en ambitieuze groeiplannen is Attendi volop in ontwikkeling.
Jouw opdracht?
Je bouwt aan een financiële organisatie die de groei aankan. Je zorgt voor betrouwbare cijfers, efficiënte processen en grip op kosten en opbrengsten. Je professionaliseert de financiële afdeling, geeft leiding aan twee financecollega’s en bent een belangrijke sparringpartner voor de directie en het managementteam.
Eerst breng je structuur, controle en financiële processen stevig op orde. Vervolgens verschuift je focus steeds meer naar business control: je verbetert managementinformatie, analyseert rendement en adviseert over investeringen en efficiency.

Daar staat een aantrekkelijk pakket tegenover: € 90.000 tot € 110.000 salaris, een goede pensioenregeling, een ClassPass-lidmaatschap en opleidingsbudget. Je werkt hybride, met minimaal drie dagen per week op kantoor.
We zoeken een financeprofessional met een hbo- of wo-achtergrond, bijvoorbeeld Finance & Control of Bedrijfseconomie, leidinggevende ervaring en kennis van procesoptimalisatie en control. Ervaring bij een SaaS-bedrijf of scale-up is een pré.

Core Responsibilities
You will build and professionalize the finance department while providing structure and control for a rapidly growing organization. Additionally, you will act as a key sparring partner for the management team, focusing on business control and strategic financial advice.
Requirements
Candidates must have a bachelor or master degree in Finance & Control or Business Economics. Proven leadership experience and knowledge of process optimization and control are required, with experience in a SaaS or scale-up environment considered a plus.
