The role:

At Lineage, as our business continues to grow in size and complexity across the globe, we're looking for a Workday Financials Configuration & Reporting Analyst on the Workday Team to execute on general support as well project work within the roadmap for the Workday Financial Management platform.

The Workday Financials Configuration & Reporting Analyst will work closely with the Workday Finance Solution Architect, Finance Workday Lead, as well as the Finance functional teams globally to assess, design, reimagine and evolve the Workday solution to drive efficiency, data quality and user experience. This role will bring the right balance of global Workday report & configuration development, financial process knowledge, and Workday Financial Management capabilities.

This is an hybrid role with a once a week attendance in our Rotterdam office based in the city center.

What you’ll be doing:

• Play a key and critical hands-on role in the report writer development of Workday reports as well as the configuration of Workday finance modules.
• Evaluate and assess Workday report writer and configuration options.
• Execute on general support as well as roadmap deliverables to deliver on the business goals while ensuring global alignment from Finance stakeholders.
• Be able to investigate, identify and communicate Workday applications. Assist with developing effective resolutions while collaborating with Workday and internal team.
• Develop and maintain a trust-based relationship with Finance stakeholders and leaders.
• Develop details on the initiatives and document business requirements. Propose and design appropriate Workday and related technology solutions.
• Develop a thorough understanding of current Workday Financial Management solution and its global (FDM) footprint at Lineage.
• Support Data Conversion processes as part of Phase X acquisition onboarding projects.

Who we’re looking for:

• 3+ years of related experience with Workday report writing and configuration using Workday Financials Management platform.
• Experience with following Workday Report writing capabilities: Advanced, Matrix, Composite reports, Dashboards, Discovery Boards, and calculated fields. Experience / familiarity with PRISM is a plus.
• Be an all-round specialist in the Workday Financials product suite. Experience/ familiarity with Extend, AI Agents, and Accounting Center is a plus.
• Workday certifications are preferred but not required.
• Strong working knowledge of key Finance business processes, reporting needs and challenges in a global organization (CPA or similar finance certification is a plus).
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to interact with all levels of the organization.
• Demonstrated successful ability to organize and prioritize work to ensure timely deadlines.
• Excellent problem solving, critical thinking and decision-making skills. Ability to connect the dots in unfamiliar settings.
