Market Development Manager — EMEA
Key Skills
Job Description
About the Role:
Hearing care is consolidating. Regional chains are becoming national ones, national ones are going multi-country, and most of them are still running on software that cannot take them there. Auditdata already powers the largest groups in the industry. The question this role answers is which markets and which companies come next.
As Market Development Manager you own how Auditdata enters and grows beyond its established accounts across EMEA: which markets are worth opening, which chains are worth pursuing, and what it takes to get in. You will shape that view with the VP EMEA and then go and prove it in the market yourself. This is a build role, working alongside the people who actually decide — no layers to push through, no waiting for permission.
Your mandate:
Market selection: build the commercial case for where Auditdata expands next and turn it into a prioritised target map across EMEA.
Market entry: create the first real pipeline in countries where we have no presence and close the deals that establish us there.
Demand: turn interest into qualified opportunity across the region and make sure what we generate matches what we have decided to go after.
Who you work with the VP EMEA on strategy and prioritisation, the VP Marketing as an equal partner on campaigns and account-based programmes against your target map, the Account Managers and Account Executives when an opportunity grows into an enterprise cycle. Pre-sales and customer success are yours to call on. Product Management is your partner in crime for shaping how to enter new markets.
What You Will Do:
Build the EMEA target map: enter new markets, new chains, new segments, and provide the reasoning for pursuing each.
EMEA wide inbound & outbound motions: prioritise what is important vs urgent, you are the owner of your own success across the region.
Open conversations at the owner, operations and clinical leadership levels in companies that do not yet know us.
Carry and close your own quota of Enterprise & mid-market deals, within your EMEA territory.
Partner with marketing on positioning, campaign design and follow-up, so demand generation and direct outreach pull in the same direction.
Bring the market back into the business: what competitors are doing, what buyers are asking for, where the product needs to go.
Keep HubSpot as the single source of truth, and own a pipeline forecast the business can plan on.
What You Bring:
3+ years generating pipeline and winning new logos in B2B software or medtech, with success cases you are proud of.
Proven ability to build a target market from scratch rather than work a list handed to you.
Commercial judgement: you can argue why one market or account deserves our attention over another.
Comfort with CRM and modern prospecting and automation tooling; HubSpot is a plus.
Fluent English plus one additional European language - German, Dutch, French, Italian or Spanish.
Curiosity about healthcare and a willingness to learn the audiology domain properly.
A self-directed mindset: you will be creating this territory, not inheriting it.
What’s in It for You:
Remote-first and async-friendly with a flat organizational structure.
A modern IT environment: leading AI tools, HubSpot CRM and the means to automate your go-to-market.
A real career path and leadership track, with development and certification support.
A global, diverse team across 30+ nationalities.
A product held to ISO 13485 and EU MDR, and a mission that matters: do this well and more people hear better, sooner.
Don’t tick every box? Apply anyway.
We look forward to your application! (please submit your CV in English and a few lines on why this role interests you)

About Auditdata
Industry: Software Development
Company size: 51-200 employees
Auditdata is a provider of audiology practice management software, clinical testing equipment, and data analytics for hearing care professionals, clinics, and hospitals worldwide. Founded in 1992 and headquartered in Copenhagen, Auditdata serves more than 6,000 audiology clinics and 800 hospitals across the UK, US, and Australia, with over 30,000 daily users. Auditdata Manage is a cloud-based practice management software built specifically for the audiology industry. It covers the full patient journey, from online booking and appointment scheduling through clinical workflows and billing to structured aftercare follow-up. Manage includes guided activity workflows, Noah integration for seamless audiological data transfer, and market-specific reimbursement management for the UK (NHS), US (CMS-1500 eClaims with ICD-10/CPT), and Australia (HSP). It replaces fragmented admin systems so audiologists spend less time on paperwork and more time with patients. Auditdata Measure is a suite of audiological testing hardware and clinical workflow software that standardizes hearing assessments across locations. Auditdata Engage is a self-service hearing screening solution that helps clinics identify and qualify potential patients earlier. Auditdata Discover provides analytics and benchmarking powered by Microsoft Power BI, giving clinic operators data-driven insight into performance, patient outcomes, and purchasing behavior. Together, these products form a connected ecosystem that supports what Auditdata calls the Best Care Experience; a framework for improving every stage of the hearing care journey, from early detection to long-term aftercare. More than 430 million people worldwide are affected by hearing impairment, yet only 20% of those who could benefit from hearing aids use them. Auditdata works with hearing care professionals to close this gap through better tools, better data, and better patient experiences.
