As a Store Associate at our Rotterdam store, you will be an essential part of our team, supporting daily store operations and ensuring our customers have a fantastic shopping experience. Your passion for fashion and dedication to customer service will help create a welcoming environment. Your enthusiasm and friendly character will ensure our customers leave with a positive impression of our brand.

What you’ll be doing

• Represent the brand story as an ambassador, proudly sharing it with customers

• Ensure the store’s appearance is immaculate, both inside and out

• Assist in organizing in-store events

• Provide exceptional customer service, helping customers find products and answering their questions

• Support the store team in achieving sales targets

• Assist with managing store inventory and other administrative tasks as needed

What you bring

• A customer and service-oriented mindset

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Dutch and English

• Basic computer skills and familiarity with online tools

• A team player with the ability to support and motivate colleagues

• An enthusiastic, flexible and presentable personality

• Willingness to work on weekends

• Passion and enthusiasm for the Suspicious Antwerp brand

• Based in the Netherlands
