What this team does:
Our Operations team is the backbone of Maven’s trading activity - working closely with traders across our desks to support trade booking, position management, P&L reconciliation, and the full trade lifecycle. It’s a fast-paced, high-impact environment where no two days look the same.
You might be a great fit if you have a background or interest in:
- Trade support or trade operations
- Settlements, reconciliations, or clearing
- Listed derivatives or equity instruments
- Working closely with front office / trading desks
- Process improvement and automation (Excel, Python, SQL, VBA)
We’re open to candidates at all levels from those early in their operations career to seasoned specialists looking for their next challenge.
Core Responsibilities
The operations team supports the firm's trading activity by managing trade booking, position management, and P&L reconciliation. They are responsible for overseeing the full trade lifecycle while working closely with front office trading desks.
Requirements
Candidates should have a background or interest in trade support, settlements, or reconciliations within financial markets. Proficiency in process improvement and technical tools such as Excel, Python, SQL, or VBA is highly valued.
