Onboarding Associate (m/v/d) – OrderYOYO

Jouw taken
• Begeleiding van nieuwe restaurantpartners vanaf het sluiten van het contract tot de livegang
• Het opzetten van restaurantprofielen, menukaarten en apps
• Ondersteuning van de partners gedurende de eerste 60 dagen
• Advies aan bestaande klanten over het optimaliseren van hun prestaties
• Opbouwen van langdurige klantrelaties

Werktijden
Maandag tot en met vrijdag met flexibele diensten:
• 09:00–17:30 uur
• 09:30–18:00 uur
• 10:00–18:30 uur

• € 2.700 basissalaris per maand + onbeperkte bonus (OTE ca. € 600 per maand)

Core Responsibilities
You will guide new restaurant partners from contract signing through to their live launch. Additionally, you will manage restaurant profiles, menus, and provide ongoing support to optimize partner performance.
Requirements
The ideal candidate possesses strong communication skills and a talent for organization. Previous experience in customer service or account management is considered a plus.
