Job Description

Brands work with Qogita to grow across Europe, and great marketing is a big part of how they succeed. As our Brand Marketing Manager, you'll own how we support our brand partners in going to market, from strategy through to delivery, and make sure it drives real commercial results.

This is a hands-on role in a small, fast-moving team. You'll work closely with brands, our commercial teams and our buyers, and you'll be as comfortable shaping the plan as you are making it happen.
  • Brand marketing strategy: Own Qogita's B2B and B2C marketing strategy for supporting our brand partners, and lead its implementation.
  • Pop-ups and activations: Plan and deliver brand pop-ups, retailer showcases, launch events and in-store activations across priority markets, from the brief, venue, budget and timeline through to delivery on the day and the post-mortem.
  • Samples and marketing materials: Build and run our approach to samples, minis, kits, point-of-sale materials and digital assets, and work with Account Managers to get them to our top buyers.
  • Launch marketing: Own the marketing package for every brand launch: assets, special offers, newsletter content and product discoverability, aligned with our Growth team.
  • Agency and partner management: Brief and quality-check external agencies, and keep spend tied to commercial results.
  • Buyer and brand activation: Join key account conversations where marketing support can unlock large retailers
  • Measurement: Track how activations affect sell-through and order uplift, and feed what you learn back into future plans.
  • Playbooks: Document repeatable playbooks for pop-ups, sampling and launch kits, and be the go-to marketing expert for the wider team.
  • 3–6 years in brand marketing, trade marketing, retail activation or FMCG/beauty go-to-market, either in-house or at an agency
  • A strong strategic mindset, with the ability to set up our brand marketing activities from scratch and scale them as we grow
  • Proven, hands-on delivery of pop-ups, in-store activations or launch events, not just campaign strategy
  • Experience owning a brand marketing strategy and seeing it through
  • Comfort working with brands as well as B2B buyers and sales teams
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to run several activations in parallel when things are ambiguous
  • A commercial mindset: you tie marketing to order value and sell-through
  • A structured, fast way of working, and you enjoy coordinating vendors, venues and internal teams
  • Clear, confident communication with brand partners
Nice to have
  • Experience in the beauty industry (K-beauty or European beauty brands is a plus)
  • Experience running sampling or visual merchandising programmes
  • Agency management and budget ownership
  • Languages beyond English (Dutch, German, French, Polish or Korean)
  • Base salary: €50,000 – €65,000 (depending on experience)
  • 26 days of annual leave, plus 4 additional personal days
  • Company performance-based bonus
  • Attractive equity package
  • Pension contributions
  • Annual learning & development budget
  • Office-led culture with hybrid flexibility
  • Dog-friendly offices
  • Home-office setup package
  • Office socials and annual company-wide offsite
