As a Team Member Front Office, you are the first and last point of contact for our guests at Novotel Amsterdam City. We believe you deliver your best service when you can truly be yourself, and we encourage you to bring your personality to every interaction. You ensure a smooth check‑in and check‑out experience and assist guests with any questions or requests they may have. You will also handle general administrative tasks within the Front Office department. And of course, you won’t do this alone, you’ll be part of a supportive and enthusiastic team. Qualifications Who are we looking for? We are looking for enthusiastic, outgoing team member, who has a true passion for hospitality, likes to work within a team, is flexible with an eye for detail. Besides this you have; Preferably, previous experience in Front Office; Strong verbal and written communication skills and excellent knowledge of the English language; You are available for 5 days a week; Experience with PMS Opera / Opera Cloud or with similar systems. Requirements
The employer seeks an enthusiastic, outgoing, service-minded team player who is flexible and attentive to detail, with strong verbal and written communication skills and excellent English. Previous Front Office experience is preferred, familiarity with Opera, Opera Cloud, or similar systems is sought, and availability for five days per week is required.
