Consultant Manufacturing & Supply Planning (RELEX) Oosterbeek, the Netherlands | Full-time About Supply Chain Company (SCC) Since 2017, SCC has specialised in supply chain planning. With more than 30 consultants across four countries, we help companies improve their planning, from forecasting and inventory management to S&OP and production planning. As a RELEX partner, we implement one of the leading planning solutions on the market. We look beyond the system itself to the processes and the people who work with it. We start by understanding what really matters to the client, and we stay involved after go-live. At SCC, you’ll join a small, committed team with short lines of communication and plenty of room for your own ideas. Our office is in Oosterbeek. The Role We’re looking for a consultant with a solid understanding of production and supply planning to work on our RELEX projects with clients across Europe. You get energy from complex planning challenges and enjoy helping clients change the way they work. You’ll be the client’s main point of contact. You map their planning process, design the solution together with them and configure it yourself in RELEX. Then you make sure the organisation actually starts working with it. In short, you’re both an advisor and a hands-on builder. What You’ll Do Lead workshops to get a clear picture of the client’s planning challenges, for example around MPS, MRP, capacity planning and replenishment Map existing planning processes and identify improvements Translate client requirements into a solution design in RELEX Configure the solution yourself in RELEX, and test and validate new planning logic Train planners and other users in the new system and way of working Advise clients on the next steps in their supply chain planning What You Bring A bachelor’s or master’s degree and/or at least 5 years of experience in production planning, supply planning or a similar role in industry Hands-on knowledge of concepts such as bills of materials, finite capacity planning, MRP, inventory optimisation, safety stock and scheduling RELEX experience is a big plus. Core Responsibilities

Lead client workshops, map and improve planning processes, and translate requirements into RELEX solution designs. Configure, test, and validate planning logic, train users, and advise clients on supply chain planning improvements.

Requirements

A bachelor’s or master’s degree and/or at least five years of experience in production planning, supply planning, or a similar industry role is required. Candidates should have hands-on knowledge of manufacturing and planning concepts, be fluent in Dutch and English, live in the Netherlands, and be eligible to work there; RELEX experience is a plus.
