🚀 We're Hiring: Quantitative Trading / Crypto Trading Interns | CoinMart Do you have your own trading strategy idea and the coding skills to bring it to life? We want to hear from you. At CoinMart, we're looking for ambitious and passionate individuals to join us for a 6-month, full-time internship focused on quantitative trading, algorithmic strategies, and cryptocurrency markets. We're not looking for someone who simply wants to learn about trading. We're looking for people who are already curious, have experimented with their own ideas, and are eager to turn those ideas into something real. What we're looking for: Your own ideas: You already have at least one potentially viable trading strategy or research concept that you'd like to develop, test, and improve during your internship. Strong coding skills: You're comfortable programming and, more importantly, genuinely understand the code you write. Using AI tools is absolutely fine, but understanding what you're building is essential. Passion for trading and crypto: Whether through education, personal projects, or years of trading as a hobby, you have a genuine interest in financial markets. Full-time availability: You can commit to a 6-month internship on a full-time basis. Independent thinking: You challenge assumptions, enjoy solving complex problems, and aren't afraid to experiment. Location: Preferably already based in the Netherlands. What about education and experience? A background in Computer Science, Mathematics, Econometrics, Finance, or a related field is a plus, but absolutely not a requirement. We don't care about your age, whether you're self-taught, or whether you followed a traditional educational path. If you've spent years developing trading algorithms in your spare time, we'd be just as interested in hearing from you as from someone pursuing a quantitative finance degree. What makes this internship different? We want you to bring your own ideas to the table. Instead of simply following a predefined internship assignment, you'll have the opportunity to explore, develop, backtest, and challenge your own trading hypotheses in a professional trading environment. Your goal? Turn an interesting idea into a thoroughly tested, potentially viable trading strategy. Interested? Requirements

Applicants should bring an original trading strategy or research concept, strong programming skills, and a genuine interest in trading and cryptocurrency markets. They must be available for a full-time, six-month internship; a relevant educational background is a plus but is not required.
