Our platform supports complex pension products, events and processes, and we are expanding our team with a Business Analyst who can turn business process insights into clear, structured system behaviour. In short You will work closely with customers, help them succeed with Festina’s solutions, and play a key role in ensuring quality, clarity, and strong collaboration across teams. The role As a Business Analyst, you will be responsible for analysing, modelling, and documenting business processes within the Life & Pension domain. You will translate business needs into functional requirements, support system configuration, and ensure that pension events and processes are correctly represented in the platform. You will collaborate closely with customers, domain experts, and development teams and you will play a central role in shaping how pension processes are implemented and maintained. Your responsibilities Process analysis & modelling Map and analyse complex pension business processes and events Document workflows, dependencies, and system behaviour in a clear and structured way Identify gaps, risks, and optimization opportunities in existing processes Requirements & solution design Translate business needs into functional and system requirements Contribute to solution design and ensure alignment with pension domain rules Support configuration of pension products, events, and calculations Collaboration & stakeholder engagement Work closely with customers, domain experts, and internal teams Facilitate workshops and discussions to clarify requirements and processes Build strong relationships across teams and locations What you bring Strong knowledge of the Life & Pension domain (must-have) Experience mapping and modelling business processes Ability to translate complex pension rules into clear system behaviour Experience with IT implementation projects or system configuration Analytical mindset with a structured approach to problem‑solving You communicate clearly and can make complex topics easy to understand for different audiences. You are fluent in Dutch, both written and spoken, as you will collaborate closely with our Dutch customers. Furthermore you are also comfortable working in English. You are proactive, collaborative, and motivated by delivering high‑quality solutions. Collaborate with customers, domain experts, and development teams to design solutions, support platform configuration, and ensure pension processes are implemented and maintained correctly.

Requirements

Requires strong Life and Pension domain knowledge, experience mapping and modeling business processes, and the ability to translate complex pension rules into system behavior. Candidates should have experience with IT implementation or system configuration, communicate fluently in Dutch and comfortably in English, and be based in the Amsterdam area.
