8Vance Media helps coaches, authors and business owners grow their audience on Instagram. We’re looking for an account manager who knows Instagram inside out. What you’ll do: Own a portfolio of clients and be the main point of contact. Onboard new clients and set clear expectations from day one. Track results and make sure every client hits their targets. Spot issues early and fix them before a client has to ask. Keep clients renewing, and find opportunities to upgrade/cross-sell. Work closely with our fulfillment, creative and sales teams. What you bring: A real understanding of Instagram and how the algorithm works. Organized, quick to respond, and comfortable managing 15-20 clients at once. Experience in account management or client success. Clear, confident communication in English. Based in the Netherlands. What we offer: Competitive base salary + quarterly bonus based on client retention OTE: €60,000

Core Responsibilities

Manage a portfolio of clients as their primary contact, onboard new clients, set expectations, track results, and resolve issues proactively. Support client retention and identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities while collaborating with fulfillment, creative, and sales teams.

Requirements

Candidates should understand Instagram and its algorithm, have experience in account management or client success, and be organized and responsive while managing 15–20 clients. Clear, confident English communication and residence in the Netherlands are required.
