Responsibilities: Developing and leading the firm’s recruiting strategy Recruiting from graduate to senior level Represent the company at workshops, competitions and career fairs, both in the Netherlands and abroad Ensuring an extraordinary candidate experience Becoming a trusted partner and valued decision maker for internal stakeholders Improving processes for reviewing candidate applications, shortlisting, and conducting interviews with candidates Requirements: 3 – 5 years of relevant experience with end-to-end recruitment with a proven track record of success Bachelor’s or master’s degree in a relevant field Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English Proactive and adaptable attitude Willingness to travel Direct experience recruiting for trading firms is a plus Experience leading a team is a plus Located in the Netherlands or nearby Benefits: Total package for the first year ranging from EUR 70k and 100k, including base and variable pay, with opportunities to grow Excellent variable pay based on performance Meals during work hours prepared by our chef Social events and after-work drinks Reimbursement of travel costs Access to in house gym
Core Responsibilities
Develop and lead the firm's recruiting strategy, hiring candidates from graduate to senior level while improving application review, shortlisting, and interview processes. Represent the company at career events in the Netherlands and abroad, deliver an excellent candidate experience, and serve as a trusted partner to internal stakeholders.
Requirements
Requires 3–5 years of successful end-to-end recruitment experience, a bachelor's or master's degree in a relevant field, and excellent written and verbal English communication skills. Candidates should be proactive and adaptable; trading-firm recruiting experience and team leadership experience are advantages, and applicants should be located in the Netherlands or nearby.
