Role Description In this full-time Projectontwikkeling role, you will be responsible for initiating, developing, and coordinating real estate projects from concept to completion. On a day-to-day basis, you will analyze market opportunities, prepare feasibility studies, and translate client requirements into concrete project plans and proposals. You will collaborate closely with internal stakeholders, external partners, and clients to align design, budget, and planning, and ensure that project milestones are achieved. The role includes preparing documentation, supporting sales activities for projects, and monitoring risks, costs, and timelines. This is a hybrid position based in Bergambacht, with regular on-site collaboration and some flexibility to work from home. Qualifications Strong project development capabilities, including experience in real estate or construction-related Project Development and Project Management. Solid Analytical Skills for feasibility studies, market analyses, financial assessments, and risk evaluation. Effective Communication skills for collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, stakeholders, and clients, and for presenting project proposals clearly. Sales-oriented mindset and Sales skills to support or lead the commercial aspects of development projects. Relevant education in real estate, construction management, architecture, business, or a related field. Ability to work in a structured, quality-focused manner and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Experience with Dutch real estate and construction regulations and procedures is an advantage. Comfortable working in a hybrid setup, with flexibility to be present in Bergambacht and to coordinate activities remotely.

Core Responsibilities

Initiate, develop, and coordinate real estate projects from concept to completion, including market analysis, feasibility studies, and translating client needs into project plans. Coordinate with clients, internal teams, and external partners to align design, budgets, and schedules, while preparing documentation, supporting sales, and monitoring project risks, costs, and milestones.

Requirements

Relevant experience in real estate or construction project development and project management, along with strong analytical, communication, and sales capabilities. Relevant education in real estate, construction management, architecture, business, or a related field is expected; familiarity with Dutch real estate and construction regulations is an advantage.
