We are looking for enthusiastic, outgoing team member, who has a true passion for hospitality, likes to work within a team, is flexible with an eye for detail. Besides this you have; Preferably, previous experience in Front Office; Strong verbal and written communication skills and excellent knowledge of the English language; You are available for 5 days a week; Experience with PMS Opera / Opera Cloud or with similar systems. Core Responsibilities

Welcome and assist hotel guests while delivering attentive, high-quality front office service. Work collaboratively with the hotel team to help ensure guests feel welcome and have a positive experience.

Requirements

Previous front office experience is preferred, along with strong verbal and written communication skills and excellent English. Applicants should be outgoing, service-minded, flexible, attentive to detail, available five days per week, and familiar with Opera, Opera Cloud, or a similar system.
