Job Description

Job Summary We are looking for a proactive Sales Operations Specialist to join our regional Sales Department. In this role, you will responsible for the operations of the commercial sales team, driving end-to-end sales and order processing, channel client and supplier coordination, and continuous internal process improvement. You will act as the key bridge between regional sales, external channel partners, supply chain logistics, and HQ, and ensuring seamless commercial fulfillment. Key Responsibilities 1. Manage the end-to-end sales order lifecycle: oversee contract entry, purchase order (PO) processing, credit validation, order tracking, and invoice reconciliation in ERP/CRM systems. 2. Serve as the operational liaison for regional channel partners, tier-1 distributors, and suppliers, resolving operational bottlenecks, pricing queries, and delivery schedules. 3. Drive continuous internal process improvement: identify bottlenecks across sales operations workflows, streamline standard operating procedures (SOPs), and improve cross-departmental operational efficiency. 4. Partner closely with the Regional Sales Director and Account Managers to maintain CRM pipeline accuracy, monitor order conversion rates, and track commercial KPI milestones. 5. Collaborate with Logistics and Sales teams to ensure timely order allocation, stock availability alignment, and smooth customer delivery execution. 6. Coordinate supplier and vendor operational interfaces, assisting with procurement orders, delivery confirmations, and operational terms tracking. 7. Track and manage customer credit limits, payment terms, accounts receivable (AR) follow-ups, and commercial terms compliance in coordination with Finance. 8. Generate routine sales operational reports, order fulfillment tracking reports, revenue run-rate summaries, and quarterly business review dashboards. 9. Support commercial contract administration, pricing verification, RMA/after-sales coordination, and customer dispute resolution to uphold customer satisfaction. Job Requirements 1. Majoring in Business Administration, International Trade, Supply Chain, Finance, Management, or related disciplines. 2. 0-2 years of solid experience in sales operations, order management (Order-to-Cash), commercial operations, or channel support, preferably within renewable energy (Solar/ESS), consumer electronics, or tech manufacturing. 3. Familiarity with sales order lifecycle management, contract execution, distributor/channel coordination, and supplier operational interfaces. 4. Proficiency in CRM/ERP systems (e.g., Salesforce, SAP, Oracle, Kingdee) and advanced Microsoft Excel skills (data modeling, VLOOKUP, pivot tables). 5. Excellent interpersonal, commercial communication, and cross-functional coordination skills in a multicultural, high-growth environment. 6. Fluent in English and Chinese (Mandarin) as working languages; Dutch or French is an added advantage.

Core Responsibilities

Manage the end-to-end sales order lifecycle, including contracts, purchase orders, credit checks, order tracking, invoicing, and coordination with channel partners, suppliers, logistics, and finance. Improve sales operations processes, maintain CRM and KPI accuracy, prepare operational reports, and support pricing, after-sales coordination, and customer dispute resolution.

Requirements

Candidates should have a relevant business, trade, supply chain, finance, or management background and 0–2 years of experience in sales operations, order management, commercial operations, or channel support. They should be proficient with CRM/ERP systems and advanced Excel, communicate effectively across teams, and be fluent in English and Mandarin; Dutch or French is an advantage.
