We are seeking an enthusiastic, hands-on Electronics Engineer to take ownership of the design, development, and validation of high-reliability electronic (sub)systems. In this role, you will work on advanced communications, RF/sensor integration, and specialized hardware platforms across active R&D initiatives and product cycles. You will join a hardware engineering team of approximately 5 specialists, working in close collaboration with cross-functional peers in digital design, embedded firmware, and systems engineering. We are an agile, specialized high-tech organization developing critical technology solutions for demanding environments. What We Offer Salary Range: €4,500 – €6,500 gross/month (based on experience), plus vacation allowance, bonuses, and profit-sharing schemes. Key Responsibilities Design and engineer robust analog, digital, and mixed-signal electronics for advanced communication and sensor platforms. Run circuit/system simulations to guide design choices and validate architectural decisions. Handle the full hardware lifecycle: component selection, schematic capture, and multi-layer PCB layout. Formulate and execute rigorous hardware test, verification, and validation procedures. Maintain accurate technical design documentation and specifications. Required Skills & Experience 4+ years of professional experience in board-level electronics design. Proficiency with industry-standard design and simulation tools (e.g., Altium Designer, LTspice, Fusion 360 or similar CAD/EDA platforms). Proven track record of driving technical tasks independently, mentoring junior engineers or interns, and coordinating technical deliverables across engineering sub-teams. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or an equivalent combination of education and hands-on professional experience. Compliance: Background checks apply. Requirements

Candidates need a bachelor’s or master’s degree in electrical engineering, electronics, or equivalent education and experience, along with independent task ownership, mentoring, and cross-team coordination capabilities.
