Our products accompany people on their everyday adventures – and you help make our brand visible across social media in the Benelux region. Start: 01.02.2027 Location: Amsterdam, Netherlands Your Kapten Experience includes Produce organic content: You develop your own content for our social media channels and bring your ideas into the content plan. Create paid ads content: You support the production of ad creatives that drive reach and engagement. Support influencer campaigns: You accompany creator collaborations from preparation through execution. Help shape UGC campaigns: You help collect, prepare and use user-generated content for our brand. Co-organize events: You get hands-on with planning and running events and make our brand tangible on site. Core Responsibilities

Create organic social media content and support the production of paid advertising creatives for the Benelux region. Assist with influencer and user-generated content campaigns, and help plan and run events.

Requirements

Applicants must be enrolled in a bachelor's degree program in marketing, business administration, communication studies, or a comparable field, and have less than one year of work experience. The role calls for initial experience creating organic or paid content, interest in influencer and user-generated content campaigns and events, a communicative, empathetic, creative, and structured approach, proficient Dutch, and good English.
