We are proud to work with 2.700 highly driven professionals in 25 different countries. All our talented employees share the same mission: to Care for Precious Life. We help families live carefree lives by providing them with juvenile products with the highest safety and comfort standards. Our frontrunner mentality matches our position as a global market leader. Being first means we forge our own path; we explore new ways to enhance our brands. We are continuously reinforcing our leading position and believe that team spirit, personal drive, and accountability can make a real difference in achieving sustainable growth. Your mission As Warehouse Manager, you will lead the day-to-day operation of our large and complex distribution centre in Helmond, including the repair centre. Your mission is to ensure that products reach our customers safely, on time and at the right cost, whether they are delivered to retailers, distributors or directly to consumers. You will create an operation that performs every day: balancing people, capacity, quality, productivity and cost while responding quickly to changing volumes and priorities. By leading and developing your team, using data to guide decisions and continuously improving the way we work, you will help build a warehouse operation that is efficient, agile and ready for the future. Key Responsibilities Lead all warehouse operations, including the repair centre, within a large and complex distribution environment of approximately 40,000 m². Ensure safe, efficient, high-quality and cost-effective operations across inbound, receiving, storage, picking, packing, preparation and outbound shipment. Set staffing and capacity requirements in line with forecast demand, promotional peaks, and labor budgets; oversee the warehouse planner and review plans against service and productivity targets. Lead, coach and develop the warehouse management team. Create a high-performance culture focused on safety, quality, productivity, agility, cost control and continuous improvement. Monitor operational performance through data and KPIs; identify issues, take action and drive sustainable improvements. Ensure the warehouse is prepared to respond effectively to changing volumes, customer needs and operational priorities. Improve warehouse processes, layouts and ways of working to support efficient and reliable service. Work closely with internal stakeholders, including Supply Chain, Customer Service, Transport and other operational teams. Contribute to the longer-term warehouse strategy while remaining closely involved in daily operations. Identify opportunities to innovate and implement practical improvements that strengthen operational performance. Support transport planning and distribution activities through a strong understanding of transport flows and customer-delivery requirements. Ensure effective use and continuous optimisation of the warehouse management system; experience with Reflex is an advantage. Your profile At least 5 years of experience as a Warehouse Manager, Warehouse Operations Manager or in a comparable senior warehouse leadership role. Proven experience managing a complex, high-volume warehouse or distribution operation from inbound through to outbound. Experience with multiple warehouse activities, including receiving, storage, picking, packing and shipping. Experience in distribution logistics, ideally serving a mix of retail, B2B/B2C distributor and direct-to-consumer customers. Strong people-management experience, including leading managers, team leaders and larger operational teams. A strong focus on performance, quality, cost efficiency, safety and continuous improvement. Data-driven and comfortable using operational KPIs to make decisions and improve performance. Hands-on and pragmatic: you enjoy being close to the operation and understand what is happening on the warehouse floor. Able to balance daily operational priorities with longer-term improvements and strategy. Creative in finding practical solutions and able to keep teams engaged through change. An affinity with transport and distribution operations. Experience with a WMS is required; experience with Reflex is a strong advantage. Fluent in Dutch and English. Are you ready to grow with us? A monthly gross salary between €5500-€6000 per month based on your experience and knowledge, with room to grow. This is a position for 40 hours per week. You will first receive an annual contract with a probation time of one month. You are eligible for a 13th month every year.
