About This Vacancy In this role, you are the driving force behind the design process. You ensure the design team chooses the right direction, that the project is well-prepared, and that everything meets quality standards. You collaborate with various teams, from designers to implementation, and work with clients to find the best solutions. What will you do? Lead a team of designers and engineers. You ensure the team works well together and delivers high-quality designs. Guide civil engineering projects from start to finish. You make sure everything happens in the right order and that we comply with laws and regulations. Maintain contact with (potential) clients. You contribute ideas for the best solutions and ensure the project gets off to a good start. Participate in discussions with government agencies and suppliers to arrange permits, grants, and approvals. Work on construction team projects. Together with the implementation team, you ensure a well-thought-out design that can be easily executed.
