TV Rain (Dozhd) is looking for a YouTube Analyst to help us turn data into better content decisions and audience growth. We're looking for someone who knows YouTube from the inside, is strong in SQL and statistics, and can go beyond dashboards to uncover insights, test hypotheses, and make actionable recommendations. You'll build our YouTube analytics function from the ground up and work closely with editorial, production, and distribution teams.
