Job Description

WHAT YOU WILL DO

Are you looking for a broad HR role that combines day-to-day advice with communication, reporting and practical improvements? Join our Group Functions HR team! You will help translate our global HR approach into local practice and coordinate shared HR initiatives, with guidance from experienced colleagues.

You will join our Group Functions HR team, working closely with Senior HR Advisors, People Services and our HR Centres of Expertise. You will help translate HR policies and frameworks into local practice, coordinate shared initiatives and identify opportunities for improvement. With guidance from experienced colleagues, you will build your advisory skills and gradually take ownership of HR topics and projects.

  • Coordinate HR processes, including performance management and talent activities.
  • Translating global HR policies and frameworks into practical guidance for managers and employees
  • Manage the Group HR Inside page and communicate HR policies, updates and initiatives.
  • Prepare and analyse HR reports on diverse HR topics such as absence, performance and training, using these insights to identify trends and potential people-related risks, support decision-making and recommend follow-up actions.
  • Support policy updates and monitor relevant changes in Dutch employment legislation.
  • Coordinate and promote ongoing employee engagement activities.
  • Initiate and coordinate practical HR improvements and projects with Senior HR Advisors and HR Business Partners.

For these shared topics, you will be the coordinating point of contact: identifying needs, connecting colleagues and following through on agreed actions.

OUR PERFECT CANDIDATE

You are a recent graduate or early-career HR professional with a practical mindset.

You do not need to have all the answers yet. You know how to ask the right questions, use available policies and expertise, and involve more experienced HR colleagues when needed. You combine a practical and hands-on mindset with good judgement, accuracy and the ambition to grow into a trusted HR advisor.

You bring:

  • A completed Bachelor or Master degree in HR or a related field
  • Around 1-2 years of relevant HR experience, for example as a Junior HR Advisor, HR Generalist, HR Officer
  • Basic knowledge of Dutch labour legislation and an interest in HR policies and processes.
  • An understanding of HR processes and systems, preferably SAP SuccessFactors
  • Confidence working with Excel and an interest in HR reporting and analysis.
  • Clear communication and organizational skills, with good command of Dutch and English.
  • An accurate, proactive approach and a willingness to learn.
  • Experience in an international or matrix organization is a plus
  • You are available to work 32-40 hours per week, either from our Breda or our Schiphol office

What makes this role interesting?

You will build a broad HR foundation in an international environment, combining practical HR support with your own reporting, communication and project responsibilities. Experienced colleagues will support your development as you gradually take on more responsibility.

WE OFFER

A great place to work with plenty of room for personal development, learning and international collaboration. You will be part of a supportive and hands-on team that values empowerment, ownership, innovation and fun. We work and grow as ONE team!

  • Personal development opportunities
  • Work at a dynamic international company with leading global brands
  • A family-oriented culture where we care about our people
  • Hybrid working: partly in the office and from home

Core Responsibilities
