Job Description

Job Summary

The Planner will support EMEA Customer Fulfillment operations through effective planning, order management, supply-demand coordination and proactive resolution of fulfillment constraints.

The Planner will use data to identify risks early, coordinate corrective actions and continuously improve planning and fulfillment processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage planning and fulfillment activities across assigned products, customers or regions.
  • Monitor supply, demand, inventory and order execution.
  • Identify potential shortages, constraints and delivery risks.

  • Prioritise issues based on customer and business impact.
  • Track open orders and proactively manage exceptions.
  • Support demand and supply alignment.
  • Analyse planning and operational data to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate planning information within relevant systems.
  • Support KPI reporting and operational business reviews.
  • Drive root-cause analysis and corrective actions for recurring fulfillment issues.
  • Take end-to-end ownership of issues, working across functions to find solutions rather than simply escalating problems.

Skills and Experience

Essential

  • Experience in supply-chain planning, order management, customer fulfillment, logistics or a related operational role.
  • Good understanding of supply-and-demand planning principles.
  • Experience working with ERP or planning systems.
  • Strong Excel and data-analysis capability.
  • Ability to analyse operational information and identify exceptions and priorities.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with an ownership mindset.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Good stakeholder-management and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively across functions and geographical locations.
  • Customer-focused approach to fulfillment and issue resolution.

Preferred

  • Experience in an international or EMEA supply-chain environment.
  • Experience with SAP, Oracle or comparable ERP/planning platforms.
  • Experience with Power BI or similar reporting/analytics tools.
  • Knowledge of inventory, logistics and order-management processes.
  • Experience working with outsourced manufacturing or logistics partners.
  • Continuous-improvement experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, Operations or a related discipline.

Core Responsibilities

The Planner will manage end-to-end fulfillment activities, including supply-demand coordination, order monitoring, and proactive resolution of delivery constraints. They will analyze operational data to identify trends, drive root-cause analysis, and ensure alignment across supply chain and logistics teams.

Requirements

Candidates should have experience in supply-chain planning, order management, or logistics, along with proficiency in ERP systems and data analysis tools like Excel. A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Supply Chain, Logistics, or Business is preferred.
