Our acetal homopolymer empowers innovative product design with superior mechanical properties, unmatched machinability, and design flexibility. We provide materials, knowledge, and collaboration to achieve breakthroughs that build a better future.

Delrin® is an engineering plastic/polymer used by our customers for many crucial components in highly engineered and technical applications, largely replacing metal with more efficient and cost-effective solutions that last as long.  We have a strong focus on sustainability and produce a portion of our products from 100% bio feedstocks.

Regional IT Support Specialist - EMEA

We are seeking a highly capable and self-sufficient Regional IT Support Specialist to provide advanced technical support (Level 2/3) and hands-on assistance to end users across the EMEA region with additional global support responsibilities. This role demands a technically astute professional with experience contributing to IT projects, who excels at problem-solving, works independently, communicates proactively, and takes ownership of tasks from planning through to verified completion with minimal oversight.

In this role, you will be responsible for installing, configuring, troubleshooting, diagnosing, and resolving issues related to PCs, laptops, mobile devices, network connectivity, printers, and peripherals. Beyond daily support, you will collaborate with regional leads, contribute to system implementations, upgrades, and migrations, and drive technical improvements—all while ensuring minimal disruption to business operations. Your ability to work independently, prioritize effectively, and deliver reliable support will be critical to success in this role.

Key Responsibilities

  • End-User Device Management – Experience supporting, configuring, and deploying Intune-managed Windows and mobile devices, application deployments, device compliance, user/device troubleshooting ensuring proper enrollment, security, and remote management. Microsoft Entra ID identity and access issues. Strong working knowledge of Microsoft 365 administration and troubleshooting, including Exchange Online, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint, and Office Applications.
  • Advanced Troubleshooting & Support – Diagnose and resolve complex hardware, software, and infrastructure issues across PCs, VOIP, lab equipment, tablets, handheld scanners, and label printers. Comfortable performing hands-on installation, replacement, setup, cabling, and troubleshooting end-user and site IT equipment in both office and manufacturing environments. Serve as the on-site resource for infrastructure incidents and projects. Assist with cross-regional IT issues.
  • Networking – Working knowledge of enterprise networking fundamentals, including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, Wi-Fi, VPN connectivity, and basic network troubleshooting.
  • Service Management – Take ownership of assigned incidents and service requests in ServiceNow from assignment through resolution, ensuring accurate documentation, timely updates, appropriate escalation, and adherence to established SLAs. Keep requesters and IT leadership informed of status without being prompted, flag before a deadline if work will not be completed as agreed, and confirm requests are fully and correctly completed before reporting them done.
  • Software & Asset Management – Install and support applications not available via Intune, including specialized lab and production software. Maintain IT asset tracking and inventory for refresh initiatives, ensuring up-to-date records in the Delrin asset management system.
  • Technical Documentation & Knowledge Sharing – Document troubleshooting steps, solutions, and best practices in ServiceNow. Provide training to end users, enhancing self-service capabilities and IT efficiency.
  • Project Collaboration – Key contributor in End-User Computing projects, including device upgrades, application migrations, and new technology rollouts. Work closely with regional IT leads, service desk teams, and global infrastructure teams to resolve major incidents and escalations.
  • Planning & Coordination – When assigned work involving a site, vendor, or other employees (e.g., site moves, equipment relocations, TAR/shutdown support), develop a clear written plan, communicate it to the appropriate stakeholders, identify risks and safety considerations before execution, and follow the work through to completion without requiring repeated requests for updates.
  • Operational & Safety Compliance – Adhere to safety protocols in manufacturing and office environments, including when moving, transporting, or decommissioning IT equipment.
  • Communication, Travel & Support – Effectively communicate with users and IT teams via face-to-face, written, and on-camera interactions. Be reliably reachable during normal working hours, acknowledge urgent requests promptly even when you cannot act on them immediately, and communicate in advance when you will be late, away, or unavailable. Be available for occasional travel (up to 10%), including to other EMEA sites such as Mechelen, Belgium, for IT initiatives.
