Job Description

About the Role

COROS is a sports technology company focused on building the best products and training solutions for endurance athletes. Our mission is to provide consumers all over the world with the hardware and software tools they need to bring them even closer to the sports they love. We put the consumer at the forefront of everything and we are relentless in terms of regularly providing meaningful value, whether that's through the products we make, our regular software updates or the stories we tell.

The Brand Experience and Retail Designer will shape how COROS shows up in physical space, turning brand and product storytelling into tangible, immersive experiences: retail environments, brand activations, installations and other consumer touchpoints. This role owns the translation of campaigns and product launches into the physical world: window displays, in-store graphics, fixtures and spatial installations that make COROS stand out where athletes actually shop and gather.

The right candidate will be equally comfortable developing spatial concepts and executing them, bringing a relentless focus on craft, materials and experiential storytelling to their work. They will bring an owner's mentality to the role, taking responsibility for bringing ideas to life beyond the design itself, leading the creative process from concept through fabrication and installation, collaborating with internal teams, vendors and contractors to ensure the final experience delivers on the original vision and budget.

With support from leaders across marketing and creative, the candidate will play an important role in defining how COROS physically connects with consumers around the world. Sitting within the Global Brand Marketing team, they will help shape what it feels like to encounter COROS in the real world, pushing our retail and experiential presence beyond conventional sports marketing.

Your playground

  • Develop impactful retail experiences, brand activations and visual merchandising that help COROS stand out in the market.

  • Translate global campaigns and product launches into compelling physical experiences, including window displays, in-store graphics, fixtures and installations.

  • Lead experiential and installation projects end-to-end: concept, technical drawings, vendor sourcing, fabrication oversight and on-site execution.

  • Deliver experiential projects on schedule and within agreed budgets, from initial briefing through final installation.

  • Explore new approaches to retail storytelling through materials, spatial layout, fabrication techniques, lighting and digital integration.

  • Partner with regional marketing teams so retail and experiential creative translates effectively and feels relevant across our markets.

  • Clearly present spatial and experiential concepts in creative reviews, respond to feedback and iterate with speed and precision.

  • Support global brand design when capacity allows, such as campaign art direction, product landing pages or editorial creative, always in service of a consistent, immersive brand experience.

  • Stay ahead of retail innovation, spatial design trends, materials and fabrication techniques, and the culture of endurance sports.

What you bring to the starting line

Professional Background

  • Experience: 3 years+ in brand experience, retail or spatial design, in-house or agency.

  • Design Tools: Proficiency of Adobe Creative Suite and Figma for digital and editorial work.

  • Vendor & Project Management: Proven experience managing vendors and fabricators to deliver on time and on budget.

  • Craft: A strong eye for materials, composition, typography and detail in three-dimensional space.

Other Key Requirements

  • Job Type: Full-time, 40 hours / week (or local full-time equivalent).

  • Travel: Willingness to travel occasionally for installations, vendor and fabricator visits, and team get-togethers.

Package & Benefits

  • Work in a motivated, international team.

  • Space for ideas and independent work.

  • Flat hierarchy with short decision-making processes.

  • Opportunity to join a company in a very dynamic period, with diverse opportunities for personal growth.
