Job Description

Do you enjoy leading complex, high-impact client engagements and translating analytical work into clear commercial recommendations? Are you confident engaging senior stakeholders and guiding clients through ambiguity? At SKIM, we don’t just follow trends, we help shape them. As we continue to strengthen our pricing and Revenue Growth Management partnerships, we are looking for a Senior Manager to lead strategic work for one of our key international clients.

For over 45 years, we’ve been trusted partners to the world’s largest CPG, technology, and healthcare companies. We specialize in understanding decision-making in Revenue Management, Innovation, and Brand Communications. Our approach combines methodological rigor, marketing expertise, and deep client understanding to build lasting strategic partnerships.

With 13 offices across the US, Europe, Asia, and Latin America, we collaborate closely with clients to navigate the right strategies. Ranked #3 in GRIT’s most innovative research agencies, we continuously enhance our solutions. Above all, we foster a culture where smart, genuine people support each other, pursue their dreams, and thrive together.

Job description

If you enjoy getting close to a client’s business and using insights to solve real commercial challenges, this role gives you the opportunity to do exactly that. You’ll lead complex projects end to end, from shaping the initial business question and approach to bringing the findings to life through recommendations, presentations and workshops.

Working directly with senior business stakeholders, you’ll be expected to form a point of view, challenge thinking and translate complex analysis into clear, practical actions that help clients make better decisions.

Specifically, you will be expected to:
  • Lead complex pricing and Revenue Growth Management projects from initial scoping and proposal development through to final delivery
  • Take ownership of questionnaire design, input coordination, project planning, stakeholder management and the management of changing requirements
  • Interpret and synthesise findings, connect multiple information sources and translate analytical work into clear commercial advice and practical recommendations
  • Build trusted relationships with senior business stakeholders, challenge assumptions constructively and confidently guide client discussions
  • Develop compelling presentations and facilitate frequent senior-level workshops, representing SKIM with credibility and confidence

Qualifications
The ideal candidate combines strong pricing expertise with senior client leadership, excellent project management and a consultative approach. You do not need to arrive as a conjoint expert, as SKIM’s methodologies can be learned on the job. Typically, we are looking for someone with the following profile:
  • 7-8+ years of relevant professional experience leading complex, end-to-end research or consulting projects, with significant ownership of both project delivery and senior client relationships.
  • Relevant pricing experience, ideally within Revenue Growth Management, price management or a closely related area.
  • Consultancy, client-side or agency experience, with clear evidence of senior client ownership and sound commercial judgement. B2B experience is an advantage.
  • Confidence working with senior stakeholders, delivering presentations and facilitating workshops
  • Strong commercial curiosity and big-picture thinking, with the ability to look beyond the immediate data and connect insights to the wider business challenge.
  • A proactive and pragmatic approach, taking ownership, identifying what is needed and bringing structure to complex situations.
  • Fluent professional English. Fluent French is a bonus.
  • You are authorized to work in Rotterdam (NL), London (UK), Berlin (DE) or Paris (FR) (resident, citizen, valid visa or other).

Our offer
A salary and benefits package designed to support you in your role and reward your contributions, including:
  • A fixed annual salary
  • Performance based profit sharing
  • Company pension scheme
  • A hybrid working environment
  • A flat organizational structure where everyone is treated as equal regardless of any differences
  • A place where taking initiative isn’t just encouraged. It’s valued
  • Harmony between work and personal life
  • A combination of learning through onboarding, active training programs, and on-the-job and guidance from experienced SKIMmers
  • A team that enjoys the ride – regular outings, events, and a culture that celebrates wins together

At SKIM, we value diversity, equity and inclusion. With increased diversity comes greater variety of perspectives, ideas and creativity, and we foster an environment where everyone feels welcome and comfortable to be their authentic selves.  Therefore, we welcome diversity in applicants and base our hiring decisions regardless of age, race, color, religion, ethnicity, nationality, gender, pregnancy, sexual orientation, gender identity, disability, genetic characteristics, marital or military status.
